Cancellations & Refunds

Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in time.

In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the booking platform used.
Booking Modifications

Booking changes (such as date adjustments) may be allowed more than 24 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

Requests made within 24 hours of the check-in date may be treated as a cancellation, and the standard refund policy will apply.
Force Majeure

Safy Stays reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, property damage, government restrictions). In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or suitable alternative accommodation.
